Mangrove Tree Planting of all COS Officers at Balite Falls, Amadeo, Cavite. This is in support of the One Million Trees and Beyond project of LIFE (Lasallian Institute For the Environment.) DLSU-D have committed to plant 15,000 trees this 2008. And so far, 500 trees have already been planted... Let's take part in achieving the goal of our school and contribute to Mother Nature! :)

COS Logo Making Contest
The need to change the existing COS logo is really timely since the university logo has also been changed. The college wants to create a logo that's simple and can easily be remembered by everyone. It aims to adopt a new logo for the College of Science in consonance to the new to the DLSU-D logo, to make a simple logo that would represent the colleges's purposes and objectives and to create a symbol representing unity within the college.
It is open to all COS students. All entries must be submitted to the COSSC office on or before January 23, 2008.

This purpose of this seminar is to describe the scientific basis of love and affection. This gives students a wider knowledge and perspective on love thereby helping them understand its importance in their lives. This activity aims to inform students about the science of love, to understand what love is all about in relation to body physiology and to know the importance of love in our lives.
